Dancing Raisins Experiment...

12th Nov 2021

Room 13 finished Science Week with the Dancing Raisins experiment.  Once focused on 3 things - predicting what would happen; what we observed and finally what we learned.  Did you know that carbon dioxide (bubbles) in fizzy drinks can help things to float?  They attached themselves to the sides of the wrinkly raisins and helped them move to the top of the bottle.  When the bubbles burst the raisins fell back to the bottom and it all started over again!
