Fourth class ‘egg drop challenge’

12th Nov 2021

Fourth class pupils were given the task of creating a structure that would prevent a raw egg from breaking when dropped from a significant height!

Some eggs survived while unfortunately we had ones that were not as lucky! We actually had one structure that started to make its way over the Irish Sea!!!

There also happened to be a cherry picker in the church car park cutting trees, and the workers volunteered to drop a few of the kids structures! Have a look at some of the photos.
