We have been very busy in Ms. Kenealy's Fourth Class. We have set up a very successful business called Brace Yourself, Marnocks to raise much needed funds for the Multi-purpose Play Area. We came up with the idea to sell our friendship bracelets but with a twist! We turned them into decorative keychains, bows and braids in our Marnock's colours : amber and black. Next we decided to come up with some creative advertising to help raise awareness of our target customers, 1st class to 6th class. We made funny and persuasive posters and then visited the classes to let them know all obout our cool products. We made up a catchy song/jingle to help sell our product and stay in our customers heads and performed it for our customers. Then we got to work braiding, and weaving and then braiding and weaving some more! Our production team worked so hard to keep up with the demand, especially with the exciting news that the girls had made it to Croke Park and everyone wanted to show their support with our braids. It was then time to set up our stall outside our classroom and sell, sell sell! Altogether we raised 734 euro. We are so proud of our entrepreneurial success and importantly we had so much fun!
