Third and Fourth Classes have been so lucky to be able to take part in a Sports Conditioning Programme organised through Fingal Sports Office, up until the Easter break. They are put through their paces every Friday with Stephan, who pushes and encourages them in their fitness challenges and exercises. It’s a great way to build strength, fitness and stamina while having fun.
