A weekly round up of GAA in St Marnocks NS.
Only two weeks back to school and our GAA teams have hit the field of play. They have been training hard in the mornings and at lunch time. We have four football teams on the go.
The Senior Girls played their first game away against Scoil Neasain. Mr Doherty and Ms Dillon led them out on the day. A hard fought battle in sheets of rain, ended a draw. Next week they are out against Scoil Mobhi.
The Senior Boys had a home game against Gaelscoil Bharra. An excellent win. They showed great team work playing in tough and windy conditions on the day. They move on to play away to St Mochta's NS next week.
Our junior boys and junior girls have trained hard this week during lunch time. They begin their campaign in two weeks time.
