Massive congratulations for Eibhlin Barret (Mr Spellacy’s 6th Class) and Fintan Gillane (Ms Dillons 5th Class) who got to be in Croke Park representing our school on Sunday.
Firstly, Fintan who was the man in the middle, the man holding the referees whistle, officiated the game at half time between Dublin and Galway. Fintan earned his opportunity to do this by completing the young whistlers course in Croke Park with David Gough.
Eibhlin Barrett, who has played tremendously on the camogie team in school all year, played and represented Dublin in the middle of the pitch for the half time game.
Well done to both, representing their school, families, and clubs with pride and respect.
