The girls and boys have had a whirlwind trip through Australia over the last 2 weeks! They learned about Aboriginal people and their culture, visited the Great Barrier Reef through Google Earth, learned about the cities and landmarks, did quizzes and fact files, dot art and made boomerangs. We even categorised Australian animals into mammals. marsupials and reptiles. Thanks to everyone who brought in books, boomerangs, coral and made things. Now if we could only get there.....
