St. Marnock’s vs St. Oliver Plunkett’s – A Festival of Football!
It was a fantastic day of football in Naomh Mearnóg on Tuesday as both our Junior Boys and Junior Girls took on St. Oliver Plunkett’s, Malahide, in a thrilling double header.
The atmosphere was electric, with huge crowds cheering on the teams and over 50 children from St. Marnock’s proudly representing their school. The event was a true festival of football, filled with skill, teamwork, and plenty of excitement.
Our Junior Boys continued their strong form with a well-deserved win, while the Junior Girls battled bravely to earn a hard-fought draw. Both teams showed incredible spirit, sportsmanship, and pride in the St. Marnock’s jersey.
We’re already looking forward to next week’s big challenge – the Battle of Portmarnock!
On Tuesday, our Junior Boys and Girls will face St. Helen’s in another eagerly anticipated double header.
